These checks measure public web endpoints from this hosting origin. They do not monitor every customer VPS, game-server process or network route, and they are separate from contractual SLA calculations.

Observed check history
History starts when the monitor is deployed. No earlier uptime data is inferred.
The monitor samples every five minutes when the scheduled job is running. A website visit can refresh a stale sample. Missing or old samples are labelled; a recorded success percentage covers sampled HTTP checks, not uninterrupted service availability.
Maintenance and incident updates
Contact the team for maintenance affecting your service. Automated endpoint checks cannot determine whether a customer world is healthy or whether a specific VPS application is working. Report your service ID and the time of the problem in billing support; do not send passwords or API keys.
