How to order a Bedrock server

1. Choose a Minecraft plan. Compare RAM, CPU allocation and storage in the Minecraft hosting catalog. Order the Java plan using the existing billing checkout.
2. Open a Discord ticket. Join the official HexaCraft Discord and ask the team to switch your ordered server to Bedrock. Provide the service or order identifier privately in the ticket, not your password.
3. Confirm the switch. Ask which Bedrock server image, release, connection ports and location are available for that order. No fixed conversion or delivery time is promised on this page.
4. Protect existing files. If the server already has a world, create and download a backup before the team changes its software. Discuss whether the world can be migrated instead of assuming it will open directly.
5. Test the delivered connection. Use the address, port and version confirmed for the switched service. Test with your actual players’ devices before opening a public community.

The price examples below use the existing Minecraft catalog. They are not a second set of Bedrock-only plans or a claim that a separate Bedrock product will appear in billing. For a new community, describing your devices and software in the ticket helps the team check the intended setup.

Native Bedrock and Geyser cross-play are different.

Bedrock is used on mobile devices and Windows and is also available on consoles, but adding an arbitrary external server is not equally straightforward on every platform. Do not assume every console has the same custom-server connection options as mobile or Windows. Confirm how your players will connect before ordering. If you want to keep a Java plugin ecosystem, start with the GeyserMC setup guide instead of requesting an edition conversion.

All paid Minecraft plans include NVMe storage, panel and file access, DDoS protection and 3 backup slots. The Intel range is ₹20 per GB RAM per month, AMD EPYC ₹40 and Ryzen 9 9950X ₹120. CPU percentages describe allocation limits, rather than dedicated physical cores or measured game performance.

Choose resources for the Bedrock server software you will actually use. Add-ons, world size and simultaneous activity affect requirements. The Java-focused assumptions in a generic player calculator do not establish a measured Bedrock player capacity. If your setup uses third-party Bedrock software or add-ons, discuss compatibility before switching.

Before changing a world from Java to Bedrock

Java and Bedrock are separate editions. Java plugins and Fabric or Forge mods do not automatically become Bedrock add-ons. World conversion can change blocks, entities, inventories or mechanics, and not every world can be transferred losslessly. Keep the unmodified source world, write down the current version and test a copy before replacing a community’s only world.

A support ticket to change software is not a guarantee of a lossless world conversion. Agree on the intended image and which files should be preserved. If you want a fresh Bedrock world, say so explicitly. After delivery, verify the startup output, server version, join port, permissions and save location, then create a new recovery point.

Location, network checks and ongoing help

The current Minecraft billing plans use Mumbai, India. Other advertised regions require support confirmation for the exact plan and stock before payment. The location reference separates advertised coverage from an automatic checkout selection. Test the Mumbai or Noida network route from your own connection using the network guide; those addresses are not your Bedrock join address.

DDoS protection does not remove the need for sensible permissions, backups and secure account access. If connections fail, check the delivered address, allocated networking and compatible client release before reinstalling the world. Keep a record of when the problem happens and share relevant redacted logs in a private support ticket.
